Money: "Only the Government and a Few Individuals ”

Approximately 240 years ago, The Alter Rebbe, (the first Lubavitcher Rebbe) (who lived in Russia at the time), writes that:
“Before Moshiach comes, only the government and a few individuals, will have money.”
